We are passionate about cleaning eating and offering allergy friendly food that can bring everyone to one table. Our shopfront is 100% gluten free. All our gluten free bread, cakes and tarts are handmade on site, baked fresh daily.

Our cakes and tarts are gluten free, sugar free, low carb, keto, diabetic friendly while many are available in dairy free for no extra charge, and some available in vegan.

What sweetener do we use?

Each product in our sweet range is made with specifically formulated sugar substitute blend of natural low GI sugar substitutes such as xylitol and erythritol to deliver the best taste and texture.

What we don’t use

• NO refined sugar (white, brown, and others)

• NO High GI fruit (e.g. dates, ripened bananas)

• NO Syrup

• NO Maltitol

• NO Artificial sweeteners

• NO preservatives

• No additives.
